What we do

Projects we design, and others we help make happen.

We create youth exchanges, training courses and Erasmus+ volunteering. These are our five own projects, designed and coordinated from start to finish.

My Alchemy

Toledo7–15 Sep 20268 countries

A "school of magic" (Alquizar) set in the San Servando Castle, a medieval fortress overlooking the Tagus river. Four houses, a sorting ceremony, a personality test and a final House Cup.

  • Themed curriculum: Potions, Transfiguration, Defence and Charms.
  • Spain, Portugal, Italy, Greece, Croatia, Romania, Estonia and Turkey take part.
  • Trip to Puy du Fou España and a Youthpass certificate.

The Tribe

Menorca8–16 May 20268 countries

A full immersion into tribal identity: eight mixed "tribes" compete in challenges set in different historical eras, with decision bonfires and a tribal intercultural night.

  • Partners from Spain, Italy, Greece, Croatia, Malta, the Netherlands, Armenia and Georgia.
  • An original concept created by Maditerránea.

A journey through cultural roots: traditions, food, music and local identity as a meeting point between young people from different countries.

A project focused on youth employability and the transition from education to work, with entrepreneurship as a tool.

  • Sessions on youth unemployment and Erasmus+ opportunities.

E.I Revolution

Emotional intelligence

A project about emotional intelligence with a narrative team dynamic: each participant builds their own "playing card" from their skills —creativity, leadership, empathy—.

  • Teams with their own identity (e.g. "The Last Believers", "The Silver Chariots").
As a partner organisation

We also take young people all over Europe.

Beyond our own projects, we regularly send participants to youth exchanges and training courses run by other European organisations. Counting our own and the ones we've partnered on, that already adds up to more than 100 projects and 500+ participants across 26 countries (2024–2026). A sample:
